I just got back from the gym, where I had my second bi-weekly weigh-in.
So far, by following the Bodybugg program (not the diet portion of it, I’ve been making my own food choices) and exercising at least four days a week for at least thirty minutes per day, I’m down a total of 18.25 pounds! [...]
